Telemarketing Motivation

At every Telemarketing company, the Telemarketer's activity on a daily basis is what the client's but and pay for. Your people are your service.  So, at Brittain Marketing, keeping our Telemarketers motivated and retaining them is critical to the growth of both the client's campaign and the business as a whole. This is where our Management and Directorship concentrate a great deal of their effort, expertise and experience.

How do we do it? It is our belief that you cannot expect people to buy into your dreams and vision until you first buy into theirs. This means getting to know your people and what they are trying to achieve in life. This means talking to our people and being an integral part of the office environment. Where our Managers and Directors sit amongst our people helps; there is a relatively flat hierarchal structure, open-plan desk policy and a real shared workspace.

Variety is key. We match the capacity of our people with their rich business history and their specific industry experiences. Each of our Telemarketers are tasked with several client campaigns at any one time that keep each day very different to the last. Our team get to work with a range of clients and use their selling skills in the wide variety of industries that we target on our client's behalf.
