We understand our clients’ requirements to ensure all data is confidential. We are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements and have a number of systems in place to protect all clients’ data.
We invest both time and money in ensuring we have the latest technology and processes to support our clients and their campaigns.
Our entire IT infrastructure, including our server, networks, databases and computers have multiple security measures in place to ensure only authorised users can access our client databases.
All data is backed up daily and held at two accredited off site locations. We have a dedicated IT team and all computers and databases are quality checked and monitored daily.
We have a bespoke program to support the ‘Corporate Telephone Preference Service’. Each database is analysed monthly against the published list of companies that request not to receive a cold call. Our program highlights those companies and reports them to us so we can ensure our clients are protected against unauthorised calling.
