Every client has their own database that is customised for individual campaigns to ensure key data is captured. We identify with each client the key criteria to be obtained and create specific fields pertinent to each client’s objectives.

Our role and focus is to build relationships with prospects and to engage with them over the short, medium and long term ensuring accurate information is obtained and detailed. Prospects require careful development of interpersonal relations and our telemarketing team are empowered to ensure each campaign is monitored and administered. We use a sophisticated diarised system to ensure relationships are managed effectively.

The database incorporates an email system allowing us to create a dedicated client address that enables us to send prospects further information about the product or service proposition directly after each call.
